24TH ST BART PLAZA MURAL RESTORATION CELEBRATION

Thank you to everyone who attended our 11am Ribbon Ceremony, as well as the 5pm Celebration, for the 24th St BART Plaza Mural Restoration on Friday September 8th, 2023! We had a blast at both events honoring and celebrating the restoration of the monumental 24th St BART Plaza Mural in San Francisco’s Mission District.

🤝 We would also like to give another huge thank you to the amazing artists who worked on the mural restoration (Michael Rios, Carlos Kookie Gonzalez, Lucia Gonzalez Ippolito, and Suaro Cervantes) as well as everyone who helped bring this project to life (Precita Eyes Muralists, Calle 24 Latino Cultural District, BART, and TODCO).
