2023 Cinco De Mayo Bingo

This month we held a festive Cinco De Mayo event at Mendelsohn House Courtyard to celebrate Mexican culture through food, games and music with our residents.

Mendelsohn House is one of our eight residences located in San Francisco’s South of Market.

Our staff loves coordinating different events for our residents to build community through fun festivities. Events like these are just one of the many amenities that TODCO Group provides for it’s residences.

We hope everyone had a fun, festive, and safe Cinco De Mayo!

6th on 7th Gallery Updates

The 6th on 7th Gallery had a fabulous photo education adventure for 6th on 7th Photography Workshop participants Thursday May 18th to the East Bay!

Workshop Member Allen Barth gave an introduction to the creative resources at Berkeley City College and the beautiful space of Berkeley Community Media, where Outreach Coordinator Melanie Mentzel and Equipment Manager Ruben Perez provided a tour of the studio spaces and their community-driven approach to public media education!

Yerba Buena Gardens Festival 2023

YBG Festival’s 2023 Season calendar is now online! From May-October YBG Festival is the place to dance, sing and strum along with some of the best artists from the Bay Area and beyond including: Joe Bataan, La Mezcla, Yosvany Terry, La Doña, Martin Luther McCoy, Circus Bella, SF Uke Jam and many more - all FREE and outdoors.

Yerba Buena Community Meet & Mix

YBCBD is proud to announce the first of their quarterly community meetings. They invite all residents, business owners, and neighborhood stakeholders to join. The meeting will begin with some brief presentations on what's happening in the community, and leave time for attendees to experiences, and suggestions on how to create a better Yerba Buena. YBCBD will also offer some brief presentations on what's happening in the community.


This meeting will feature the Yerba Buena Gardens Festival as they share their newly released 2023 performance program. They'll honor the legacy of the Yerba Buena Alliance, and share other neighborhood updates from your host, the YBCBD. They will also have designated time for a listening session and dialogue with attendees. Come meet your neighbors, share your thoughts, and stay for live entertainment by LoCura!

Mission Cultural Mural Walk

On Wednesday May 3rd at noon TODCO staff lead a group down all the alleyways of 24th Street from Mission to Harrison. The group finished at Garfield Square with a picnic to wrap up the mural walk. This was just one of the many activities put on by our team during the month of May at one of our eight residences located throughout San Francisco’s South of Market.
