Celebrating Lunar New Year Across the TODCO Community
Every year, the TODCO community comes together across our eight South of Market residences to celebrate Lunar New Year — a time of renewal, connection, and cultural joy. From Woolf House and Mendelsohn House to Bayanihan House, Hotel Isabel, Ceatrice Polite Apartments, Coleman House, Leland Apartments, and Knox SRO, our buildings are more than affordable homes — they’re vibrant communities where traditions are shared, friendships grow, and neighbors become family.
This Lunar New Year — the Year of the Horse — we are honored to once again host resident celebrations across our properties. These gatherings are exclusively for TODCO residents and their invited guests, creating a welcoming and intimate space for neighbors to celebrate together. This year’s festivities will include:

Whether residents have lived in our community for many years or recently joined a TODCO home, Lunar New Year is a meaningful opportunity to honor cultural traditions and strengthen the bonds that make our buildings feel like family. In past years, our lobbies and community rooms have been filled with music, shared meals, red envelopes, laughter, and intergenerational joy — moments captured in the photos below that reflect the spirit of care and connection that defines TODCO.
